6-Hour Full-Day Training
- Description: A comprehensive full-day training session conducted on-site in the UK, with a mix of presentations, interactive exercises, and group discussions.
- Price:
- GBP: £950 per session (up to 30 participants)
- Group Size: Recommended circa 20 participants - we can discuss accommodations for larger groups
- Additional Participants:
- GBP: £20 per additional participant over 30 participants
- Travel & Accommodation: Additional costs may apply depending on location and duration of the engagement – this will be confirmed following the pre-booking consultation prior to any commitments being made.
The below is intended to provide clarity on additional costs that may be applied to your quotation, in order to provide transparency of the Lit Synergies service offering. These costings are particularly useful to clients that are considering our bespoke service offerings, or would like additional support outside of those advertised. Everything will be discussed and provided in the form of a quotation prior to any commitments being made or any work being commenced.

Lit Synergies strives to create, empower, and nurture lasting and ongoing relationships. As part of this ethos, we offer a number of opportunities for financial savings for repeat business and returning custom. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount can be applied per invoice.
- Corporate Package: 10% discount on booking 3 or more face-to-face training sessions in advance.
- Annual Partnership: 15% discount on a 12-month retainer for ongoing training sessions (minimum 12 sessions per 12-month period).
- Loyal Customer Discount: 10% discount for all return custom after the first invoice has been fully paid.
- Deposit: 50% deposit required at the time of booking.
- Final Payment: Due within 7 days of the training session completion.
- Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made 14 days prior to the scheduled date, minus incurred costs (for example, pre-agreed expenses or for work already completed).
50% refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to scheduled date, minus incurred costs (for example, pre-agreed expenses or for work already completed).
No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the session.
The below template will provide transparency of the agreement between you, as our client, and us, as your service provider. These terms will be amended per the pre-booking process following initial consultancy.
Lit Synergies Services Agreement
Effective Date: [Date]
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Lit Synergies Ltd. ("Company" / "Lit Synergies"), with a principal place of business at [Your Address], and [Client Name] ("Client"), with a principal place of business at [Client Address]. By engaging in training services provided by Lit Synergies, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
1.1. Scope of Services: Lit Synergies agrees to provide training and consulting services as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
1.2. Modifications: Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2. Fees and Payment Terms
2.1. Fees: Client agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the SOW or proposal. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Payment Schedule: Payment is due [e.g., 50% upon signing, 50% within 7 days following the scheduled delivery date of xx.xx.xxxx, or within 30 days of invoice date.
2.3. Late Payments: Late payments will incur a late fee of [e.g., 2% per month] on any outstanding balance.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1. Provision of Information: Client shall provide all necessary information and materials required for the delivery of services as outlined in the SOW or proposal.
3.2. Attendance and Participation: Client agrees to ensure that their personnel attend and participate in the training sessions as scheduled. Lit Synergies are not responsible for non-attendance of delegates.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1. Cancellation by Client: Client may cancel or reschedule training sessions with at least [e.g., 14 days] written notice. Cancellations made with at least [e.g., 14 days] notice will receive a full refund, minus costs incurred by Lit Synergies Ltd. Cancellations within [e.g., 14 days] of the scheduled date will incur a [e.g., 50%] cancellation fee as long as this is not within [e.g., 7 days] of scheduled date. Cancellations within [e.g., 7 days] with be charged at the full agreed invoice value.
4.2. Cancellation by Company: Lit Synergies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be made.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the course of this Agreement in strict confidence and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.
5.2. Return of Materials: Upon termination of this Agreement, each party shall return or destroy all confidential information belonging to the other party.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Ownership: All training materials, documents, and methodologies provided by Lit Synergies are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright law. Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for internal purposes only.
6.2. Restrictions: Client shall not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the materials provided by Lit Synergies without the Company's express written permission.
7. Liability
7.1. Limitation of Liability: Lit Synergies' total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.
7.2. Exclusion of Consequential Damages: In no event shall either party be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.
8. Term and Termination
8.1. Term: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until the completion of the services or as otherwise specified in the SOW.
8.2. Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate this Agreement with [e.g., 30 days] written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
8.3. Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to remedy such breach within [e.g., 10 days] of receiving written notice of the breach.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [e.g., United Kingdom], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9.2. Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Association] in [Your Location].
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with any SOW or proposal, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
10.2. Amendments: This Agreement may only be amended by a written document signed by both parties.
10.3. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10.4. Waiver: The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
11. Signatures
By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
